The best things about working with Milford Memorials was the fact that nothing was too much, no question was silly, and everything was so comfortable, polite and friendly at all times. Marquell was so lovely to work with; nothing was ever an issue, and all questions were always answered; There was no going home unsure of things, and if we ever had a question, Marquell was always at the end of the phone, never leaving the conversation until one was satisfied.

I don't actually think there is anything that Marquell or the family could have done to improve our experiences working with them. If there was one word to describe our experience, it would be ‘Impressive’. The reason why? Well if all business ran this way, what a much more pleasant and honest way of doing business. These family-run and collaborative businesses run on word of mouth mostly and provide a service easy to be proud of, and I hope that you guys are.

You enter their building a teary, emotionally confused mess and leave with some certainty, some plans, thoughts, and ideas, but mostly, you leave feeling a sense of being understood even though you’re babbling, crying, upset mess; why wouldn't you be? You have just lost a loved one, no matter how long or short the time since they passed, that pain and confusion of everything that is to come and be done is heavy.
